CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing to (info@urbanpassporttravels.com) and will only be effective upon acknowledged receipt by Urban Passport Travels.
The selling of rooms ( ETS Guest to ETS Guest ) is not guaranteed and will be subjected to Urban Passport Travels management approval.
· The schedule for cancellations:
· ALL initial DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE. If ETS is paid in Full the Deposit will be deducted from the total paid based on when you request a refund.
· Cancellations made on or before October 2nd, guest(s) will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
· Cancellations made after October 2nd through November 2nd, guest(s) will receive a 75% refund, excluding the deposit.
· Cancellations made after November 2nd through December 4th, guest(s) will receive 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
· Cancellations made after December 4th through January 1st, guest(s) will receive 25% refund, excluding the deposit.
· There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after February 15th.
If a cancellation is needed please feel free to try and sell your room within our Facebook Group or on your own. Please email all changes for approval with all parties involved.
Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability.
Late and/or missed payments are subject to cancellation of the reservation.
No Refunds will be issued for NO Shows regardless of transportation issues due to illness, death, canceled, or delayed flights and/or problems with any other means of transportation.
