• What does my payment include?

Every booking includes:

Your stay at a 24-hour all-inclusive resort, access to all bars (top brands) on both campuses, in-room (liquor dispenser), entry to all of the ETS events (6), access to restaurants on both campuses; each campus has 5 restaurants and reservation are not needed, ice cream and coffee shop, 24-hour room service, non-motorized sports (stand up paddle surfing, snorkeling equipment, and kayaking).

• How old do you need to be to attend ETS? 

21 years or older.

• What is "Non-Adult" vs "Adults Only"? 

Non-Adult is a Standard Resort (family-style lodging)

Adults Only are for adults (no one under 18).

• Is there cell phone service in Aruba?

Yes and WiFi too. Check with your phone service provider for additional information.

 

• What Airport do I fly into?

AUA - 20 mins away from the resort

 

• Can I pay in installments?

Yes, there is an initial deposit payment of $100. A structured payment plan will be provided & all parties must be paid in full by March 31st, 2023. Each person is responsible for their own payment this year; no group payments. 

 

• When is the deadline to secure my place on ETS 23?

There is no deadline as such, however, there are limited spaces for this trip and it is in your best interest to secure your place with us as soon as possible. Booking Starts July 23rd, 2022!

 

• Where are we staying?

One of the most gorgeous and secluded resorts in Aruba. The name of the resort is shared 30 days prior to the event after the paid-in-full date. 

 

• Travel Documents needed to travel?

Valid US passport

No Covid-19 Test is Required 

 

• How much can I expect to spend per day?

That depends on your financial situation and traveling style. It is also subjective to your wants, desires, and must-do activities while there in Aruba.

 

• How much are excursions?

The average excursion cost $75 per person​

 

• What will be the ETS itinerary for the wknd?

The exact schedule is set a few weeks before the event starts. As soon as the itinerary is set, you will receive it by email and be able to view it online.
